We would like to make an appeal on behalf of the HIV mothers who have recently given birth to a baby. On our books we have 12 such mums who have recently given birth to a lovely little son or daughter. We are making this appeal so that we can include the babies and pre-school children into a scheme exactly the same as the current Scholarship Programme.
